Chief Executive officer


Paula Nahmias opened the Arnold Meyer Group in 2011 and is the sole member. She has been a broker and investor for over 25 years. She has purchased 75 commercial buildings as well as numerous residential properties. She and her highly experienced management team have proven to be excellent operators.  Year after year, the team has continued to maintain both a high occupancy rate and a collection percentage rate into the 95-plus percentile.


The Arnold Meyer Commercial Real Estate firm has properties that cover all four sides of Indianapolis and have holdings in Indiana, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, and Florida. They have a myriad of Fortune 500 companies and strong local and regional clients.


Our strategy has been to move away from the type of real estate the internet now competes with. Arnold Meyer Group rents to many service-oriented clients.


That strategy has paid off in a big way, and Arnold Meyer’s story is a good one to tell. In 2011, they began with residential real estate. They soon built their inventory and sold their residential holdings to a European conglomerate and for a considerable profit. The profits from that sale began a campaign to purchase commercial buildings that have garnered very strong results.

Eric Gorlechen is the President of Arnold Meyer Management. As President of the firm, Eric oversees the day-to-day operations required to manage one of the Midwest's leading privately held commercial real estate firms. Eric also oversees and manages the evaluation, underwriting, and acquisition of all opportunities for the firm.


Eric served as an originator and analyst at a leading NY-based real estate finance firm during his early career. In his capacities, Eric has been involved in acquiring, developing, and financing over $500 million in transaction volume.

Phil has purchased over 500 properties and owned well over two million square feet of real estate. He is a co-founder of Arnold Meyer Commercial Real Estate and has been involved with virtually every aspect of the industry. Phil has developed and acquired over $100M in Real Estate Assets. He prides himself in being a confidant and mentor to dozens of aspiring real estate and business professionals.


Phil is an avid tennis and pickleball player and was recently ranked in the world's top 100 on the senior professional pickleball tour. Phil also currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the geographically largest Jewish Federation in America. He is a board member of Etz Chaim Synagogue and Camp Ben Frankel.

Doni Raskas

Director of Acquisitions


Doni Raskas brings years of acquisitions and asset management experience to the Arnold Meyer Commercial Real Estate team. Prior to joining the team, Doni directed acquisitions and asset management for various family offices and private equity funds. He has closed over $300M in transaction volume of residential, retail, industrial, and new development projects across the country. 


Doni handles all facets of acquisitions, including broker relations, deal sourcing, underwriting, financial modeling, market research, due diligence, and various other components of the Arnold Meyer acquisition process.


In Doni's free time, he is a volunteer EMT for a volunteer ambulance service, enjoys getting on the court and field for a competitive game of basketball and football, and, most importantly, loves spending time with his family.




JAmes Ewing

Chief Financial Officer

Jim joined Arnold Meyer in May 2023 as CFO and is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of executive-level experience in private entrepreneurial companies. Jim specializes in leading the development of systems and processes to create efficiencies, drive
financial and operational metrics, and create strategic, financial, and operational plans to support the business mission. Jim has a track record of creating strong relationships with Boards of Directors,
company management, and external financial, legal, and key company vendors. Jim has been a business owner who provided strategic, financial, operational, and turn-around management consulting services. He served as a business advisor, fractional CFO, and Controller. Jim’s most recent management experience includes being a Controller of a private equity-owned organization, increasing revenue from $110M to $260M during his tenure. During his tenure, the company completed an acquisition that increased the company's footprint into five new states with 20 locations. The transaction included a $100 million term note and a $15 million revolver. Jim has also driven successful growth within an executive management team, including a $150 million international multi-service, multi-location firm that doubled over five years and a $50M start-up organization that became the market leader over seven years. Jim will be responsible for all budgeting, accounting, and tax-related functions within Arnold Meyer.

Director of PROPERTY Management


Audrey Chambers has been with Arnold Meyer Commercial Real Estate since 2016. Starting her career in the Arnold Meyer Management accounting department, she was promoted multiple times, ultimately to her current role as Director of Property Management. Audrey specializes in the stabilization of underperforming real estate assets.


As Director of Property Management, she is responsible for implementing the firm’s stabilization plans for each acquisition. She currently manages over 1,000,000 square feet of property. Audrey grew up in Indianapolis, IN., but travels back and forth to the Arnold Meyer office in Boca Raton, Florida. In her free time, she loves cooking and spending time with her family.

David reed

Leasing Manager

David is a tenured real estate professional with nearly 40 years of experience. Deeply familiar with the real estate issues that local, regional, and national companies face, David has been a trusted advisor to tenants and investors throughout his career. 


As Managing Director at CBRE, David was responsible for overseeing 50 commercial real estate brokers, as well as a 20 million square foot asset service portfolio; David led Sales and Leasing at NAI Northern California and DTZ, where he led the North American CRE Service Delivery for Rolls Royce.  Bringing David to the leasing department at Arnold Meyer has brought additional focus and drive to our leasing department.


David previously served as president of the Indiana Board of Commercial Realtors and has completed over 500 transactions totaling over 10 million square feet. In addition to representing tenants and landlords, David has spent 15 years as a principal broker and coach to commercial real estate brokers.

Senior Leasing Representative


Max Profeta has been integral to the Arnold Meyer Commercial Real Estate property leasing division. As the Senior Leasing Representative, Max has already secured the leases for nearly 100,000 square feet in his first 24 months of joining Arnold Meyer. He has a special affinity and expertise for smaller, independent Mom and Pop operations. He also has significant time in renewing and securing national tenants for Arnold Meyer’s flagship properties. 


Max is a former collegiate golfer and was active in the music industry in NYC. He worked as a Production Assistant with artists such as Billy Joel, Phish, and Drake. He worked in venues such as Madison Square Garden and Barclays Center.


As a cancer survivor, Max has been active in charities supporting Leukemia and Lymphoma research and raising awareness of the need for blood donations in his community.

Frank Reigner

Leasing representative

Frank Riegner is a Leasing Representative who recently graduated from DePaul University with a Real Estate and Finance degree. In addition to his academic achievements, Frank has gained valuable experience learning investment sales in the retail sector and residential brokerage, giving him a unique perspective on the real estate industry.

With his diverse skill set and experience, Frank is well-equipped to provide his clients with exceptional service and guidance. He is excited to leverage his experience in investment sales and his passion for real estate to the leasing side of the business.

Frank is an avid backpacker who enjoys exploring the great outdoors in his free time.

Vice President of Asset Management


Cedric joined the Arnold Meyer Management team in 2017 as Operations Manager. In doing so, Cedric also brought his extensive expertise in real estate management, mortgage banking, and customer service. As Business Development Manager, he manages construction project management, real estate technology, initiating new business opportunities, prospecting new acquisitions, and development.


Cedric also has an extensive background in music publishing, intellectual property, marketing, and advertising. He is an avid outdoorsman and a lover of “man’s best friend”.

Greg causman

Chief pilot

Greg serves as Arnold Meyer’s chief pilot. With over 55 years of flying experience, which includes over 6,500 hours of flight time, Greg brings a high level of knowledge and expertise to the team.
Greg was awarded the Master Pilot Award from the FAA in 2022. This award is given to less than 1% of professional pilots in the US.
He has flown various companies in their corporate aircraft since 1973 and has served as a certified flight instructor (CFI) and multi-
engine instructor (MEI) for multiple organizations.


Arnold Meyer primarily operates a self-owned Cessna 421 Golden Eagle out of Indianapolis, Indiana. Owning its own aircraft gives the company greater control and flexibility over its corporate travel schedules, expenses, and risk management. Additionally, the corporation has use options for various aircraft, such as a Cessna Citation jet 550, a Cessna Turbo Centurion, Piper Seneca, and Cessna 182, depending on the mission to be flown.  


Greg is an avid pool player and a proud father of two.

Office Manager

Maya Wilhite has been with Arnold Meyer since 2021. In her dual role as Office Manager and Administrative Assistant, she has been crucial in keeping the office organized and evolving. Before closing any commercial property, all due diligence starts with her, and she coordinates communication between departments. She plays a vital role in tenant receivables and acquisitions as we continue to grow.


Maya previously served as a compassionate Registered Behavioral Technician for children with Autism, which helps her bring strong compassion and dedication to our tenants and team. In her free time, she enjoys music and kickboxing.
